What EBT Finder is

EBT Finder is an independent guide to stores, farmers markets, and hot-food vendors that accept SNAP/EBT. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the USDA or any government agency. Store information comes from public USDA data, store operators, and community contributions; it can be out of date or wrong. Always confirm with the store before you shop. EBT Finder never asks for, and you should never enter, your EBT card number or PIN.

Community content

You can contribute reviews, tips, photos, and store reports. By posting, you grant EBT Finder a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content in the service, and you confirm you have the right to share it.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content: harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, spam, impersonation, deliberate misinformation about stores or benefits, and anything illegal. We may remove content and restrict contributors at our sole discretion, without notice.

• Reporting: every review, tip, and community photo carries a Report action. Reported content is hidden from you immediately, and content reported by multiple people is removed from the service automatically pending human review.
• Moderation: we act on reports within 24 hours — removing the content and ejecting the contributor when the report is substantiated.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no scraping at scale, no attempts to breach security or other users' privacy, no automated posting, and no use of the service to mislead SNAP recipients.

Accounts

You can use most of the service without an account. If you create one, keep your credentials safe — you are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from your profile; deletion removes your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EBT Finder is not liable for losses arising from reliance on store information, community content, or service interruptions.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
